Microsoft is a company that provides various software and other IT products that are technically upgraded and advanced and provide a great support in day to day smooth functioning of the systems and other devices around the globe but also these software and products get stuck into technical troubles such as the one mentioned above to resolve it one should uninstall Microsoft and then again reinstall if still the issue continues then in system preferences open network click on advanced and then go to proxies see to it that automatic proxy configuration is on the issue will be resolved.
